In every city of the world of kung fu, the armor and weapon sellers are controlled by the same overall franchise name, although the franchise will vary for each city, along with the required level to use their goods. The Divine Arms NPCs are the Armor Sellers and Weapon Sellers for the city of Taoyuan.
The armor NPC shall sell you class specific body armor, leggings, cuffs, boots, headgear for level 1 and level 10 sets.
The weapon NPC shall sell you a class specific weapon for level 1 and level 10 sets.
